Terms of Service
Last updated: May 11, 2026
1. General Provisions
1. These terms of service ("Terms") set out the rules for using the Sonic diagnostic application ("Application"), provided by Sonicly ("Service Provider").
2. The Application uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to analyze input data (video, audio, photos, text) and generate reports suggesting potential faults in vehicles and machinery.
3. Using the Application requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Service and Disclaimer
1. Reports generated by the Application are strictly informational and auxiliary. They are based on data analysis using AI algorithms (e.g., Google Vertex AI) and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or false diagnoses (so-called AI hallucinations).
2. AI diagnosis does not replace professional inspection, diagnostics, or repair in an authorized or qualified mechanical service.
3. The Service Provider is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, data loss, or loss of profits resulting from decisions made (e.g., DIY repair attempts or ignoring faults) based on the Application's reports.
4. The user relies on the Application's suggestions and performs DIY repairs at their own risk. We always recommend verifying faults with a specialist.
3. Conditions of Service Provision
1. Full use of the Application's functionality requires creating an account and having an Internet connection.
2. The Application offers free services (partial reports, limited to general conclusions) and paid services (PRO packages, full report unlocking).
3. Payments are handled by an external operator (Stripe). The PRO package pricing is available in the Application interface before purchase.
4. The User agrees not to upload materials (audio/video/photo) to the Application that violate the law, third-party copyrights, or contain inappropriate/offensive content.
4. Withdrawal and Complaints
1. A user who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days, however, starting the provision of a digital service (unlocking a report using credit) before this period expires, with the consumer's explicit consent, results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract regarding the used credit.
2. Complaints regarding the Application's operation (e.g., technical errors, failure to generate a report after fee deduction) should be reported to the email address: antoni@sonicly.app.
3. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Final Provisions
1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Terms for important reasons (e.g., change of functionality, change of law). Users will be notified of any changes.
2. In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies.
3. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent common courts.
